I have been coming to see Liz for some time who was recommended by a colleague. I have found Liz to be trustworthy, helpful with most common issues; I have had several treatments and have never felt disappointed. I recommend the Hot Stone Massage as this seems to work really well for me, Liz does it exactly how I want it, just the right amount of pressure. I have experienced a wonderful pregnancy massage in the later stages which worked extremely well with cramp and discomfort. I wasn't convinced about Reflexology however was proven wrong when Liz worked on my hormones and later showed the changes in my mood. I also suffer a lot from sinus problems and have found the Hopi Ear Candles seem to shift the wax and allow me to breathe more freely. Jess
