Baby Massage, Aromatherapy & Reflexology Tuition

Learn how to massage, blend essential oils and use Reflexology techniques on your baby for relaxation and relief from health problems. The skills you learn can be used from birth and throughout childhood.

Detailed handouts and diagrams are provided. Sessions are available as one to one or two to one tuition from my home practice, so you can attend with another mum and baby or your partner.

Suitable for babies aged from 2 weeks to pre-walking.

I am also available to attend and tutor larger mother and baby groups of up to fifteen babies or toddlers.

Baby Massage Session

Full body baby massage routine. This can offer relief for wind and colic, teething pain, respiratory problems and boost the immune system as well as promoting relaxation and calming restless and wakeful babies. Ideal for bonding with your baby and reassuring them emotionally.

Aromatherapy Session

Learn how to make your own baby oils, lotions, bath blends and use atomisers and essential oils to relieve nappy rash, cradle cap, eczema, teething, fever, anxiety, coughs and colds. Promote sleep, wellbeing and boost the immune system.

Reflexology Session

Techniques which help to relieve digestive complaints, wind, constipation and colic. Avoid messy nappy changes in public facilities by helping promote routine bowel movements. Relief for respiratory problems, coughs, colds, infections and reducing a fever as well as effective management of teething pain.
